Shipping Policy

Where are items shipped from?

  • All items are shipped from Alberta, Canada.

Where do you ship to?

  • I ship to all over the world.

What method is used to ship?

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested by the Customer.
  • Expedited orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS, please specify your preference on the order.

What are your shipping rates?

  • Flat rates from within Canada are $5.00 per order, no weight restrictions, free shipping on all orders over $100.00, trackable.
  • Flat rates to USA are $10.00 per order, no weight restrictions, free shipping on all orders over $150.00, trackable.
  • Shipping rates to International destinations will be according to weight, value and zip code, trackable.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are completed in the order received unless it is a rush item which is prepared immediately. All in stock items will be shipped the same day once payment has been processed. Custom orders will take 2-3 to complete (if findings are in stock) and will be shipped immediately once ready. For any items that are not in stock, shipment will take 7-10 days plus my build time. I will contact you for any items that are back- ordered and you will not be charged until shipped. I do try and keep all items in stock, applies mostly for bulk Swarovski orders.
  • Regular shipping methods via Canada Post usually take 3-5 days within Canada, 6-10 days within the USA and 15-20 days worldwide. Note: Estimates only, does not include Custom’s processing time.
  • Expedited shipping methods usually take 1-2 days within Canada, 3-5 days within the USA and 7-15 days worldwide. Note: Estimates only, does not include Custom’s processing time.
  • If you would like your orders faster, please choose expedited shipping and I will get it sent out rush via Fedex or UPS, additional charges may apply.



Additional Shipping Notes:

  • International Shipments – I gladly ship Internationally, the customer is responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes associated with the shipment after reaching the intended country.
  • Shipping Collect – If you wish the item shipped on your Fedex or UPS account, please provide me with your account information. If deemed to be unbillable, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus an additional service fee of $20.00.
  • Lost Shipments – If a package is lost, please contact me and I will replace the lost shipment once proven lost.
  • Special Requirements – If you have special shipping requests ex: shipping a gift to someone else from my shop, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate them.
  • Shipping Delays – Tammy E Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather and/or other causes out of my control.
  • Fedex – Requires a physical address, if you are shipping to a PO Box, please choose another method of delivery.
    • All packages that I ship will include a declaration indicating the contents as Jewelry/Jewelry Supplies with full value of the order listed. A package that is returned to me for customer refusal to pay duties or taxes where shipping is charged back to will not be permitted to place another order until the fees are reimbursed.
